Transition Services Inc. was founded in 1998, TSI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that was born out of a deep desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing disabilities. Our founders envisioned a safe space where people could find not just support, but empowerment and strength to navigate life's challenges. Our commitment to excellence and compassion drives us to constantly innovate and improve the lives of those we serve.

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion to advance the way forward for people with disabilities. Transition Services has served thousands of individuals in our community, cared, loved, and given opportunities to them to earn income, to grow, to receive our loving companionship, and to have fun!
Our Warriors, the staff, and the Board of Directors work selflessly but strategically to strengthen the people we serve, advance their way forward, and unlock many pathways for them.
